Our client is looking for a service minded and hands-on HR & Payroll Administrator | Dutch speaker, to join their team in Amsterdam! As an HR & Payroll Administrator | Dutch speaker, you will be responsible for all HR administration, including employee’ onboarding / offboarding, contract management, employee’ timekeeping (holidays, sicknesses, absence), managing monthly payroll - liaising with the outsourced providers, and will be involved in other ad hoc activities when needed.

The role involves being responsible for all employee administration and payroll related activities for our client’s 75 employees located in Amsterdam, Germany, France, and Russia. 

Main tasks for the HR & Payroll Administrator | Dutch speaker:

  • preparing contracts, preparing all agreements to be sent and signed by the new employee
  • preparing HR documents (visa applications, werkgeversverklaring, termination letter, etc.)
  • conduct HR introduction meeting with new employees and manage the process of offboarding staff
  • filing of all onboarding agreements and contracts 
  • manage the preparation of the monthly payroll, liaising with the outsourced providers for calculation of tax and insurance contributions 
  • manage the monthly payroll reporting
  • assist in the coordination of the annual salary review 
  • manage and monitor any wage and employee benefits tax-related reporting and filling is prepared and executed in a timely and accurate manner
  • provide advice and input into the HR process supporting a mindset for continuous improvement
  • create ad hoc reports (HR or payroll-related) when needed

What are we looking for?

  • Fluency in Dutch and English
  • Degree in Human Resources
  • At least 4 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Working knowledge of Excel – SAP is considered a plus
  • Open and friendly personality
