For one of our clients, an international company in the semiconductors foundry industry, we are looking for an HR Administrator (Dutch speaker).
- Monthly payroll preparation for The Netherlands, Belgium, and Switzerland
- Keeping employee administration and personnel files up to date.
- Support personal leave administration
- Support internal control processes
- Monitor deadlines, prepare reports and letters
- Lease car administration
- HR invoices review
- Support international relocations
- Support other HR processes
A successful candidate will have:
- HBO level
- Good knowledge of MS Excel
- Previous experience with HR, and payroll administration
- Curiosity and a strong process orientation
- Eye for detail
- Good knowledge of Dutch and English
- Good communication and social skills
- A flexible, friendly and service-oriented attitude
