Our client is a fast-growing start-up company - related to the home services industry - established in 2014 and with offices in four countries. They recently entered into the Dutch market with the aim to expand the business and become successful. For this reason, we are supporting them looking for professional and experienced Field Managers to join the team and become a necessary part of the business.

In the Field Manager role, you will work closely with the sales, operations and customer service team and you will be a key point of contact for your franchisee and business partners. Your job will impact directly to the performance of the company and the quality of the service provided.

Your main responsibilities as a Field Manager:

  • assist and guide the franchisees, helping them to improve the business and the strategies
  • assure a high-quality service and a profitable business
  • ensure compliance with the agreement and franchisee engagement
  • perform audits and set targets
  • promoting the franchisees participation in training, meetings, operations
  • solve issues and disputes between franchisees and customers
  • maintain a strong, healthy and long-lasting relationship with the franchisee
  • help the sales team to develop the business and find new opportunities
  • contribute in maintaining a positivi and healthy atmosphere in the company

You will offer:

  • five years of experience minimum as an account manager/field manager/sales representative preferably in the construction/furniture field
  • knowledge of the home services/furniture industry will be a strong plus
  • fluency in both Dutch and English
