The main responsibilities of this role are:
- To ensure that all email is processed on the (working) day of arrival and volumes are recorded
- To register incoming mail
- To check all invoices, receipts and payment notifications
- To correctly scan and file all the approved invoices, receipts and payment notifications
- To notify relevant departments
- To acknowledge receipt of invoices and receipts to agencies and customers
- To produce data to feed a weekly productivity report
- To ensure that all incoming documentation is verified 48 hours from the scanning
Job requirements:
- Fluency in English is a must
- Other languages are a plus
- Only candidates that are already residing in The Netherlands can be considered
- Bachelor degree in Science Economics, Finance or Business Administration
- 1 to 3 years in financial, administrative or customer service roles
- Enthusiastic, team player, flexible
- SAP experience is a plus
