The main responsibilities of this role are:

  • To ensure that all email is processed on the (working) day of arrival and volumes are recorded
    • To register incoming mail
    • To check all invoices, receipts and payment notifications
    • To correctly scan and file all the approved invoices, receipts and payment notifications
    • To notify relevant departments 
    • To acknowledge receipt of invoices and receipts to agencies and customers
  • To produce data to feed a weekly productivity report
  • To ensure that all incoming documentation is verified 48 hours from the scanning

Job requirements:

  • Fluency in English is a must
  • Other languages are a plus
  • Only candidates that are already residing in The Netherlands can be considered
  • Bachelor degree in Science Economics, Finance or Business Administration
  • 1 to 3 years in financial, administrative or customer service roles
  • Enthusiastic, team player, flexible
  • SAP experience is a plus
