For one of our clients in the sport and health industry, we are looking for a native German speaker to join their team. The people working here are passionate about sport and love what they do. For the E-commerce team, we are looking for a Customer Support Representative to join their team. In this role you will deal with direct customers and assist them in the selection of their products, handling questions and giving information via various media channels and also taking care of returns and credits. 

Your main responsibilities will consist of:

  • Finding solutions for customer queries and concerns
  • Communicate with customers via telephone, chat, email and social media channels
  • Give information in regards to pricing and availability of products
  • Monitor orders through web channels
  • Make credits
  • Handle return of goods
  • Promote and provide recommendations in your area in order to enhance the customer experience.


  • 1 year or more customer service experience is preferred
  • MBO/ HBO or equivalent
  • Native German and knowledge of the German culture
  • Good time management skills
  • Computer proficiency in Word, Excel. Outlook, Social Media
  • Can work in a fast-paced environment
  • Passionate about sports
  • Good fun and a good sense of community
