For one of our clients we are looking for a Customer Support professional to join their team. The company is very fast growing, ambitious and taking over the European market. They are in the jewellery sector and use modern and innovative technology to create absolutely awe inspiring pieces of jewellery. This client is now active in many parts of Europe and is taking on more and more market share. It is an exciting time to join them! 

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible in offering a high quality service to customers, you will be speaking to retailers and will take part in the full cycle, solving the issues, answering questions and giving information as accurately and professionally as possible and coaching and helping customers offering them a seamless integration. Furthermore, you will inform customers on any changes, create and maintain protocols, analyse customer insights and help actively in optimising the products and services.

The main requirements for this role are as follows:

  • Good / fluent Dutch AND German languages - both languages required
  • Analytical and technical skills
  • Good communication skills 
  • 2+ years’ experience as a customer support
