Our client, a fast-growing company in the fashion industry, is looking for a Customer Support Representative with fluent German. they are seeking new members for the Customer Support team dealing with the German market. Your main responsibilities:
- dealing with the German speaking market;
- providing high-level customer support (mainly B2B) dealing with inquiries, information, deliveries, shipments, complaints, after sales
- being in contact with customers via phone, emails, social media and chat
- working closely with other departments in order to provide an excellent support to customers
- contributing to the improvement of the processes and service level thanks to customers' insights and market trends
