Do you already have experience as a Team Leader in the Software or financial sector? Are you looking for a new challenge?

Our client, an international company located close to Den Hague is looking for a Team Leader to manage 17 people.

As a Team Leader, your daily responsibilities will be

  • Maximizing the retention of customers.
  • Guiding, motivating and monitoring the team
  • Training the team on actively listening to customers, be empathetic and be efficient in providing solutions
  • Providing a weekly report on KPIs to the Management team
  • Having a good understanding and knowledge about the products and processes
  • Leading by example and assisting the team with complexes issues

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor or Master Degree level
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant in Customer service
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Team Leader
  • Professional level of English and Dutch ( written and spoken)
  • Hands-on attitude, communicative and great leadership skills
  • Good helicopter view and well organized
