For our client - a technology management solution company - we are currently looking for a Customer Success Specialist - German speaking - to focus on the customers' engagement and retention. In this role, you will work closely with technical support and sales teams to ensure overall customer satisfaction and drive customer retention through periodic check-ins and maintenance tasks.
Your main responsibilities:
- Build and maintain professional relationship with a specific portfolio of clients
- Be in contact with clients via phone and email and manage requests, issues, and critical situations
- Assure customer satisfaction and retention
- Help customers using the company's services and products
- identify opportunities for customers' growth and engagement with the company
- escalate requests to the technical team and other departments
- act accordingly to the company's values and purposes; be ethical and transparent
- support the team and be involved in projects when required
What we are looking for?
- business proficiency in German and English (both written and spoken)
- customer service experience
- willingness to learn and affinity with technical concepts
- great communications skills, ability to transmit technical information in a clear manner
