Are you ready for your next step as a Customer Success Representative? Do you have good communication skills and open-minded? Do you speak fluent German? Our client provides services to different transportation industries and they are looking for their next Customer Success Representative.

Main Responsibilities

  • Main point of contact with the European customers and dealers
  • Billing inquiries, service requests, and handle complaints
  • Keep track of all the client details and comments in the CRM system
  • Actively support the team members in improving processes and procedures
  • More relevant tasks can be asked from the employer

Main requirements

  • Native or near-native German speaker
  • MBO-HBO Level
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Dutch or French is a plus
  • Good skills in Word and Excel
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
