Are you an experienced Customer Service Team Leader and would like to be a member of a great international company in Rotterdam? In this role, you will manage and lead the customer service team for the region of Germany and Austria.

On daily basis your tasks will be: 

  • Ensuring that the day to day order fulfillment is planned and managed in an efficient and timely way for the assigned region
  • Monitoring the team KPIs
  • Training and motivating the team
  • Attending periodic meetings with warehouses, suppliers and other parties
  • Analyzing performance compared to planning
  • Making improvements to processes in case of deviations
  • Processing customer orders and being in contact with customers
  • Planning and organizing transport
  • Creating credit notes in case of damages

Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience, preferably in customer service in a Fast Moving Consumer Goods organisation
  • Customer oriented personality
  • Strong communication, planning, and analytical skills
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Previous experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP)
  • Stress resistance
