Job tasks as a customer service claims team lead

  • Ensure the overall success and productivity of our customer service team
  • Advance the workflows and improve key performance indicators, as well as manage strategic operational goals
  • Hire the absolute best claims experience talent

Job requirements:

  • Native/near-native German speaker
  • No 9-5 mentality
  • 5 years insurance industry experience – a plus
  • A passionate leader with experience scaling, managing, and a team of at least 15 people.
  • Familiar with tech start up organizations and culture
  • Strategic thinker, able to prioritize and focus on important initiatives that drive business goals
  • Entrepreneurial mind-set
