Job tasks as a customer service claims team lead
- Ensure the overall success and productivity of our customer service team
- Advance the workflows and improve key performance indicators, as well as manage strategic operational goals
- Hire the absolute best claims experience talent
- Native/near-native German speaker
- No 9-5 mentality
- 5 years insurance industry experience – a plus
- A passionate leader with experience scaling, managing, and a team of at least 15 people.
- Familiar with tech start up organizations and culture
- Strategic thinker, able to prioritize and focus on important initiatives that drive business goals
- Entrepreneurial mind-set
