Our client, a large international technical retailer player with global exposure is looking for a Customer Service Representative/Account Manager for their EU headquarters based in Amersfoort. They offer highly innovative, modern technical solutions to their clients worldwide. Please, find the job description below:

Main responsibilities:

  • To provide excellent Customer Service while providing knowledge and support of the company's products to customers
  • To enter customer orders accurately into the system
  • To develop and maintain close relationships with the customers, participating in lunches or dinners with customers
  • To attend fairs when requested

Requirements:

  • Experience in Customer Service and Inside Sales (2 to 3 years)
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills in Swedish and English
  • Strong attention to details, highly organized, proactive
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced professional office environment
