Our client is a fast-growing organization and is looking for a German Customer Service Representative to join their team, in Rotterdam.

Main responsibilities:

  • Communicate with customers in regards to their orders and analyze their needs
  • Register and process the orders and customer complaints in SAP
  • Monitor the whole order-to-cash process
  • Communicate with stakeholders internationally
  • Check products availability and inform the customer about the delivery time
  • Process product returns
  • Improve customer satisfaction

Your profile:

  • You proficiently speak German and English
  • Experience in a similar role: Customer Service, Logistics, Sales support
  • Solid understanding of the overall Order to Cash Process
  • Experience with SAP (or another ERP system) and Excel
  • Understanding of import/export documentation
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
