For a company in the IT industry, we are looking for a Customer Service Representative to be part of a brand new team and support the British market providing high-quality customer service and an extraordinary customer experience, in order to built strong and long-lasting relationships with clients.

You will join a dynamic, motivated and result-driven team and you be responsible for taking enough time to each of your clients, advising them in a broad sense and thinking outside the box to find solutions, working closely with your colleagues from different departments. Developing a deep understanding of the products and the e-commerce field and focusing on the UK market, you will support your clients and business partners via email, phone, chat and WhatsApp; help customers with problems relate to deliveries; turn customers into brand ambassadors; developing deep understanding of our product, the British e-commerce market and logistics; contribute to improve the service level.

You will be responsible for your own tasks and you will have the possibility to increase your knowledge and develop new skills.

You can indulge your entrepreneurial spirit and enjoy a fast-moving and enthusiastic environment.

You will receive training on the job and a direct contract with the company.

It is a full-time job (working hours from Monday to Friday between 09.00 - 19.00).
