Are you ready for your new challenge as a Customer Service Representative? Our client is looking for an enthusiastic candidate to join the Customer Experience Department. 

Main Responsibilities: 

  • Manage order to cash process
  • Manage the loan process 
  • Handle incoming calls, provide solutions and alternatives to customers 
  • Ad-hoc requests from customers, sales, etc.

  • HBO level
