Job Responsibilities:
- Take and process orders
- Communicate with warehouse on order handling
- Handle customer complaints or any major incidents
- Convert sales opportunities
- Collaborate with sales, marketing and finance departments
- Report in CRM system
- Support marketing activities/actions
Job requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Fluent in Dutch and French (speaking and writing)
- Strong communication skills
- Good IT skills
- Service-oriented, proactive and with a learning attitude
