Job Responsibilities:

  • Take and process orders
  • Communicate with warehouse on order handling
  • Handle customer complaints or any major incidents
  • Convert sales opportunities
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing and finance departments
  • Report in CRM system
  • Support marketing activities/actions

Job requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Fluent in Dutch and French (speaking and writing)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Good IT skills
  • Service-oriented, proactive and with a learning attitude
