We are assisting one of our clients to set up their offices here in the Netherlands and we are looking for a Customer Service Representative for the Dutch market. You will be working with 3 other colleagues from the same department and report to the Country Manager.

What will your daily tasks be:

Serve as the first point of contact for clients in the Netherlands

Forecast changes in the orders and communicate with customers

Communicate with other colleagues in different countries for trainings

Handling complains and solving issues

Job requirements:

Customer service-driven

Fluency in English and Dutch

Team player and able to work independently
