Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer service (B2B only) via phone and email
  • Order creation and management
  • Manage refunds and returns
  • Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely and accurate shipment of orders and trouble shooting when needed
  • Coordinate between other internal departments where necessary

Job Requirements

  • 2 years of customer service experience (B2B experience is a plus and not a must)
  • Fluent in English and also fluent in either French OR German (written and verbal)
  • Must have a good logistics understanding – therefore candidates with experience from within a product industry are strongly preferred
