Do you speak German and are you ready for your next step as Customer Service in the Netherlands? Our client is looking for a new Customer Service to join their operations team. You will be in charge of taking and handling orders, as well as supporting the team in improving processes! You will be in contact with different departments, clients, and transport.

Main Responsibilities

  • Registration of orders, follow up, invoice, and more 
  • Communication with customers regarding order as well as product advice questions 
  • Contribute with ideas on how to improve processes
  • More ad-hoc responsibilities

Main Requirements 

  • MBO+
  • At least two years of experience in a similar position
