For one of our clients, an international company in the fashion industry, we are looking for a driven French speaker to work with their key Accounts located in France. This is a great opportunity to work with key accounts!

What will your responsibilities be as a Customer Service?

  • Handling orders for all key accounts
  • Be the first and only point of contact for key account and provide great customer service by phone, email or face-to-face
  • Create forecast reports, handle logistics queries, and deliveries sales info
  • Act as an advisor to key accounts concerning the company’s products
  • Prepare the customer and brand sales analysis and customer turnover performance

What are we looking for?

  • French native level and fluent in English
  • BA degree or equivalent training
  • 3 to 4 years of experience in a Customer Service (B2B), Order Management or similar position
  • Experience with SAP is a plus
  • Great negotiation skills
  • Ability to set up reports
