For one of our clients, an international company in the fashion industry, we are looking for a driven French speaker to work with their key Accounts located in France. This is a great opportunity to work with key accounts!
What will your responsibilities be as a Customer Service?
- Handling orders for all key accounts
- Be the first and only point of contact for key account and provide great customer service by phone, email or face-to-face
- Create forecast reports, handle logistics queries, and deliveries sales info
- Act as an advisor to key accounts concerning the company’s products
- Prepare the customer and brand sales analysis and customer turnover performance
What are we looking for?
- French native level and fluent in English
- BA degree or equivalent training
- 3 to 4 years of experience in a Customer Service (B2B), Order Management or similar position
- Experience with SAP is a plus
- Great negotiation skills
- Ability to set up reports
