As a Customer Service Representative you will provide the high customer service level towards B2B customers, but especially take care of the order management process and assisting your clients with solution oriented service in regards to their queries, orders, shipments, products and invoices. You will also need to communicate with the headquarters as well as the other departments within the company on a regular basis.

Our client is looking for someone to fulfill the following requirements:

  • Fluency in English (corporate language)

Preferably, you have already had previous exposure to Customer Service tasks and have around one to two years of experience with knowledge of SAP. However, candidates with the right mind-set and good understanding of Customer Service can qualify for the position too.
