For our client, a growing company based in the US but with the European Headquarters in Amsterdam, I'm looking for a professional and customer-focused Customer Service and Sales Representative Specialist to deal with the French market.
The company offers a one-year direct contract to start with. It is a full-time job (40 hours per week).
What would be your main responsibilities as a Customer Service and Sales Representative Specialist?
- being the first point of contact for any request customers or orders related
- supporting the sales representatives through the entire sales/order process
- working with the system (SAP) and checking commercial promotions and programs
- handling inbound customers' calls
- acting as a team-player within the customer service French team
- preparing reports for the management team
What I'm looking for in a Customer Service and Sales Representative Specialist?
- 3 years of experience (minimum) in customer service and/or sales support
- French native
- fluency in English
- knowledge of Excel and ability to prepare reports
- previous experience with SAP is a plus
- excellent communication skills, team-player
- pro-active, fast-learner, solutions-oriented
- confident, service-minded
