Our client is one of the world's largest manufacturers in well-known eyewear brands. It has offices located all across the globe, with customers in more than 100 countries.

The position is part of the ( French ) Customer Service team based in Amsterdam and reports to the ( French ) Customer Service Manager with a dotted line to the Account Manager in France. You will ensure that orders and complaints are handled in a timely manner according to company rules, while at the same time maintaining satisfied customers.

The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Coordinating daily logistics function
  • Preparation of range sheets 
  • Responsible for performance reporting
  • Preparation of business reports
  • Customer and brand sales analysis and customer turnover performance
  • Regular business support meetings with Account Manager in France
  • Coordinating sale orders of all accounts
  • Coordinating all accounts from orders, forecasts, deliveries sales info, reports and all logistics queries
  • Handling complex inquiries or complaints from customers
  • Advising Account customers via telephone, e-mail or face-to-face
  • Coordinate daily account inquiries and sales activity

Requirements:

  • Native in French and English
  • <5 years similar work experience
  • Proven track record in the ability to analyze data
  • Excellent MS Office and Excel skills
  • Knowledge of SAP
  • Experience in an international environment
  • Ability to produce reports
  • Ability to set up reports
