- Support for customers (B2C / B2B)
- Acceptance and processing of customer inquiries by telephone, e-mail and social media
- Assist clients with registration, parking and personal account
- Active advice on rates and services.
- Collaboration with the technical support team in the Netherlands
- Maintenance of customer data in the system
- Solution & customer oriented
- 1 year of experience in customer service
- Excellent writing and speaking skills in German (& English)
- Committed to a company
- Experience using databases and MS office
