The employees move a lot, are open to new things and have a great team spirit. Customer service directly shapes the future of mobility; therefore, they need a Customer Care Agent | GERMAN |28 hours | Immediately Available! This person will oversee the markets of Germany and Austria.

Responsibilities:

  • Support for customers (B2C / B2B)
  • Acceptance and processing of customer inquiries by telephone, e-mail and social media
  • Assist clients with registration, parking and personal account
  • Active advice on rates and services.
  • Collaboration with the technical support team in the Netherlands
  • Maintenance of customer data in the system

Requirements:

  • Solution & customer oriented
  • 1 year of experience in customer service
  • Excellent writing and speaking skills in German (& English)
  • Committed to a company
  • Experience using databases and MS office
  • Enthusiastic
  • Immediately available
