  • being the central point of contact for all customer inquiries
  • following up and resolving issues with around customer orders
  • responsible for a portfolio of accounts making sure SLAs are met
  • proactive liaison and problem resolution with the customers
  • customer visits might be required
  • seeking regular feedback for improvement purposes
  • managing escalations
  • reviewing quote and order requirements
  • follow up on quality issues
  • acting as the voice of the customer for the internal support departments
  • participating in development training and process improvement projects
