For our clients, we are looking for a Contact Center Sales Director! You will be responsible for leading the Inside Sales and Telemarketing team in the brand new Contact Center of a multi-national company in the tech industry. If you are interested, apply for this vacancy!

Your main responsibilities:

  • Leading the inside sales team and ensure high quality of all sales activities
  • Be responsible for achievement of all targets (sales and vendors’)
  • Create annual and monthly sales objectives for the team according to company’s strategy
  • Prepare effective action plans for leads generation
  • Create and coordinate action plans to increase company’s growth by expanding sales on existing accounts and creating new ones
  • Develop business and action plans for vendors and resellers to maximize sales and market growth
  • Help to establish and implement vendor marketing plans
  • Report to senior management and provide feedback in a timely manner
  • Provide accurate and competitive pricing on all applications while maintaining maximum profit
  • Actively spot opportunities to upsell and cross-sell
  • Be in charge of the development and execution of a portfolio strategy for the company

Job Requirements:

  • 3-5 years experience as a Senior Manager or Manager or Director of a Contact Center
  • Business level proficiency in English
  • Native speaker of one of these languages: French, German, Swedish, Spanish, Italian, Dutch or English
  • Knowledge of MS Office applications and computer literacy in general
  • Excellent people management skills
  • Experience in sales, marketing and full understanding of financial aspects of a business
  • Proactive and self-motivated
  • Strong communication and customer relations skills
