We are looking for a Client Services Associate for our client, an international supply chain company in the Amsterdam area. They are a leading provider in cold-chain visibility solutions for global leading companies in the food and pharmaceuticals industries. They enable their clients to track and monitor assets across the supply chain and ensure the integrity of temperature-sensitive products. 


The Client Services Associate is responsible for providing customer care to this supply chain company’s client base. 


RESPONSIBILITIES 


Order processing for:

  • customer orders
  • product samples upon request
  • program support orders
  • intercompany PO drop shipment orders
  • other non-customer initiated order requests


Other responsibilities:

  • Execute non-customer facing support for the Client Services teams
  • Process ERP transactions to support the Client Services teams
  • Actively participate with other Client Services Administrators to establish processes and improve efficiency through ACE tools and responsible to take action accordingly
  • Provide backup support as required
  • Maintain & update the ERP application as required
  • Participate in department initiatives to improve efficiency
  • Consistent communication with the appropriate departments in EMEA and USA offices (Client Services, Production, Shipping, Supply Chain, Logistics)
  • Liaise between Operations and Client Services
  • Other tasks as assigned


REQUIREMENTS


  • In depth knowledge of ERP system (including CRM, Sales Order Entry, Credit Return modules and an understanding of Inventory/Purchasing modules)
  • Able and willing to obtain basic product knowledge
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills in English (basic knowledge of Dutch preferred)
  • Exceptionally superior attention to detail
  • Excellent computer, data entry, and organizational skills
  • Basic to intermediate level of Microsoft Office skills
  • Experience in administrative support role
  • 1 – 2 years of experience in Operations/Logistics/Client Services role and general understanding of customer focus
