Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Developing and executing sales plans geared towards acquiring new clients and generating revenue
  • Generating and qualifying new leads by researching various platforms (primarily social media and job boards).
  • Developing strong relationships with new and existing clients and positioning yourself as Staffing market expert
  • Offering recruitment solutions customised on client's needs and expectations; using a consultative and solution based approach in order to increase client satisfaction and maximise client's potential
  • Prospecting, cold calling and social selling in order to obtain new customers
  • Negotiating contracts, terms and conditions and pricing structures
  • Preparing and leading client meetings; explaining the recruitment process and benefits of using our specialised services
  •  Performing market research and identifying potential business opportunities
  •  Creating presentations together with the Business Development and Marketing teams
  • Ensuring onboarding of new clients and a smooth handover of new accounts to Account Managers and Recruitment Consultants


What we are looking for:

  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets in a highly commercial environment;
  • 3-5 years of Sales/Business Development experience in a B2B and service related environment (Hospitality or Staffing preferred)
  • Good understanding of targets and revenue growth and the ability to work with quarterly and yearly financial targets
  • Experience in covering the complete Sales process, from generating leads to cold calling, client meetings and contract negotiations; a special passion for scoring hard to get deals
  • Educational background in Business, Management or other relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s studies
  • English – professional fluency in writing and speaking, a second language is a plus
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools – Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • A passion for business development with an enthusiastic “can do” attitude
  • Demonstrate organizational skills and ability to manage changing workloads and multiple projects
  • Comfortable and efficient working independently
  • Excellent team spirit and ability to adapt to work productively with different personality types
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A good sense of humour is an absolute must
