An award-winning, fast-growing and marketing innovative company located at their headquarters in Zoetermeer is looking for a customer-oriented, proactive, problem-solving person to join their team! You will be a key contact person within the Application Specialist team for the German market. You will work closely with your team colleagues but also with Sales and Software Engineers.

- Handling inbound and outbound customer support request
- Answering any request via email, phone, chat or other channels in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Documenting all requests, status updates and remedial actions taken, follow up on open requests
- Where necessary, liaise with your colleagues for deeper technical issues (bugs, new feature requests)
- Be creative and propose solutions for recurring requests (e.g. video manuals…)
- Having a clear overview of what needs be done when and how
- Understanding how the customer is using the product / service, and collect relevant feedback as input for product & business development teams.
- Propose ways to optimize how customer support is being delivered
- Bachelor’s degree level
- Experience with software engineering, IT, cloud based solutions, business systems is a plus
- Several years of experience in similar role or environment
- Native German speaking, fluent English
- Strong communication skills (written and orally) as well as listening skills
- Pro-active & independent
- Team-player, flexible, perseverance, customer-oriented
- Analytical & logical, results & process oriented, attention to detail
