  • Manage the Purchase order requisition for Tax, Payroll, Accounting and Auditing fees
  • Work closely with a Shared service center to ensure Procure To Pay continuity, understanding how invoices match to POs, and clarify any inconsistencies
  • Support in driving global consistency and process improvements
  • Assist the legal and finance team with recurring filings (VAT Returns, Financial Statements)
  • Manage daily mail and distribute accordingly
  • Enter bank details for EMEA


  • Minimum 3 years general Financial Administrative experience in Corporate environment
  • Good understanding of AP & Procurement processes, and general Financial reporting processes
  • Highly accurate
  • Dynamic personality – able to handle multiple responsibilities in an agile environment
  • Pro-active mindset
  • Natural Problem solver
  • Strong Business English
  • Good Excel skills

Preferred – not required

  • Business Spanish
  • Experience with running Oracle reports
