Our client, an international excavators’ company, is seeking for a trustworthy part time colleague with great communication -and administrative skills. The candidate selected will be responsible for the administration of the company.

 Responsibilities:

  • General administrative duties
  • Making quotations for spare parts
  • Input in SAP system
  • Invoicing customers and mailing invoices (by email and/or post)
  • Accounts receivable: payment request to the customers
  • Visit embassies for the legalization of documents
  • Reception duties

 Requirements:

  • Fluent in English and French or Dutch
  • Trading knowledge (especially export)
  • Immediately available for 3 months
  • Available for at least 24 hours a week
  • SAP experience
  • Communication skills and teamwork
  • Flexible and capable of handling change
  • Ability to travel (Driver’s license)
  • Living in or around Almere
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel and Word
