We are currently looking for an administration superstar to join our team in Amsterdam!

Have you got experience of working within a recruitment agency or within a HR department/payroll administration role? Do you like working in an international environment, where your Dutch language is still an essential part of your role? If you like to build relationships and would like to work within a positive and motivated team, perhaps we have the role for you;

The role involves:

  • Responsible for the contract administration for our temporary employee’s
  • Working together with clients and recruiters
  • Meeting new temporary employees for their temporary contract explanation
  • Processing the weekly payments of our temporary employees & invoices via our automated system
  • Keeping all temporary administration up to date and providing information to the recruitment team when necessary
  • Answer and action all queries from temporary staff in a timely manner
  • Assisting the sales & recruitment teams with client contract administration
  • Working closely together with the Operations Coordinator to make sure that the office is running smoothly in all areas

Requirements:

  • Experience of working within HR or within a recruitment agency
  • Understanding of payroll administration & sickness registration is an advantage
  • Experience of working with (ABU) & CAO’s
  • Team player & positive attitude to challenges
  • Experience of working with FlexService/HelloFlex would be a great advantage
  • Fluent or native Dutch speaker with excellent written and spoken English
  • Accurate and organised
