Currently, for their regional headquarters based in Rotterdam, they are looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious Account Manager.
The role will be located geographically in Rotterdam or Brussels, with regular onsite customer visits. If you are living in Brussels and you don't want to relocate to the Netherlands you will work from the Brussels office and vice-versa!
On a daily basis you will:
- Identify opportunities to grow our global relationship with customers in partnership with Sales.
- Monitor and coordinate global usage review and communicating conclusions/recommendations.
- Visit customers once in a while in order to maintain the relationship with them.
- Track, monitor, and communicate progress on key issues and activities, as well as monitoring adherence and performance against critical KPIs.
- Bachelors Degree or higher in Business, Economics or Technology with MBA a plus.
- Demonstrated experience leading the delivery of large accounts including a background in Project Management.
- Customer success or relationship management experience is required.
- Demonstrated expertise in global account management.
- Strong collaboration and influencing skills are critical
- Strong operational knowledge including demonstrated experience with KPIs. Consulting background a plus.
- Customer focused attitude at all time and throughout the entire customer lifecycle.
