Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop the current established customer base in the Netherlands
  • Develop new branded merchandise business for the company
  • Manage the day to day requirements of our customers
  • Deal with and follow up on enquiries
  • Make quotes for customers
  • Liaison with suppliers on better pricing
  • Maintain high conversion rates of enquires to orders
  • Hit individual targets (orders and invoiced business)
  • Develop ideas lists for customers
  • Identify innovative new products
  • Request samples from suppliers
  • Working towards and brainstorming creative briefs & tenders
  • Manage merchandise web shops as required
  • Monitor daily and weekly potential orders for discussion at sales meetings

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience within the branded merchandise industry (must)
  • Professional fluency in English and Dutch (must)
  • Ability to build relationships with customers on the phone
  • Commercial mindset
  • Ability to work with targets
  • Ambitious and driven
  • Team management experience (bonus, not a must)
