Technical Service Representative | German or Dutch

One of our clients, with a beautiful office located in the city center of Maastricht, is looking for a Technical Service Representative to join their dynamic and international team!

Do you have experience in a customer-facing/technical support role? Are you fluent in German or Dutch and English? If your answer is yes and yes - You might be just the person we are looking for!

In this role you will:

• Be the first point of contact between the brand and the customer
• Offer technical support to customers (training will be provided)
• Assist with queries through multiple channels (phone-emails-social media)
• Provide remote tech diagnostic support
• Arrange service visits

Job Requirements

• Outstanding language skills in German or Dutch
• Fluency in English
