 For our client in the SaaS industry, based in Amsterdam we are currently looking for a Support Specialist with a passion for HR, Payroll, and customer service.


  • Supporting Dutch customers with their daily non-technical queries. 
  • Participating in the training that will expand your HR & Payroll knowledge.
  • Working with multiple teams within the company to find best solutions for the customers.
  • Promoting self-support among customers.


  • Fluent in Dutch & English
  • HBO level education
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Prior experience in customer service is a plus
