Our client, an American scale up company in the lifestyle goods industry, is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who will be responsible for managing all performance channels. You will work closely with their sales and e-commerce teams to ensure that you are consistently driving traffic to their website. You will ensure that their digital properties and revenue-driving tactics are always prioritized. This is a fast-paced role that manages and implements a new or fresh optimized digital marketing tactics.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Director of Performance Marketing, U.S. on strategic Performance Marketing plan

  • Work closely with the Head of Creative Marketing in our Amsterdam office

  • Manage strategy and oversee execution across SEM, Paid Social, CTV, Display and other assorted paid channels

  • Lead discovery of assorted paid media platforms and channels

  • Manage existing paid media agencies and/or identify and onboard new agency partners

  • Oversee implementation and optimization of marketing automation platforms

  • Work with the Website Operations Coordinator to manage the website user experience

  • Collaborate on integrated campaigns that will deliver an increase in conversion rates

  • Continuously drive online revenue growth by applying a clear understanding of the brand

  • Play a key role in our go-to-market strategy and maintain a close relationship with the Sales and E-Commerce teams

  • Work closely with all IT/Dev teams and consultants to optimise system integration, increase conversion rates, improve customer experience, and implement solutions to monitor web performance and security

Qualifications and other requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Digital/Performance Marketing Experience with assorted SaaS digital marketing, e-commerce, paid media and analytics tools: ESPs (Braze is a bonus), Referral Marketing, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Shopify, Facebook Ads, etc. 

  • Fluency in HTML , data analyst and B2C experience

  • Management/collaboration with agency partners 

  • Expertise in marketing automation, site CRO, website operations, and personalization

  • Strategic and analytical thinker with great execution and problem-solving capabilities

  • Strong understanding of E-commerce specific business practices and consumer behaviour, vendor management and project management 

  • Strong communication skills with ability to interact, influence and align with all levels of the organisation, both internal and external 

  • A team-oriented, positive attitude and motivational mindset

  • Fluent in English and a second language is a plus (German, French, Spanish, Italian, etc.)
