For one of our clients, we are looking for a Sales Support Specialist to join their team.
The main focus in this role will be to provide support to the Sales teams, to enable them to achieve sales objectives. The Sales Support Specialist is the key conduit between sales and order fulfillment activities and is required to work as a central member of the sales team to tightly align customer and sales planning processes with order fulfillment activities to ensure optimal delivery to our customers across multiple sales channels.
This role also gives you the opportunity to take care of data management, demand management – controlling and monitoring demand plans, forecasting and updating demand changes. Contract management -accountability for SAP quotes and contracts, creation of purchase orders, taking care of the logistic, letters of credit, monitoring invoices and reports. A large part of your role will also be customer relationship management where you will be building long-lasting relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Education MBO+ level,
- English fluency
- 3-5 years experience in sales support, customer service or logistics
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Computer literacy in Excel
- SAP is a plus, experience with any other ERP system is a must
- Living in the Amsterdam Area
- Preferably immediately available
