These times more than ever the pharma industry is playing an important role in our society. We are assisting one of our clients in this industry to find their next Sales Support Employee. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in order fulfillment/sales support/B2B Customer Service and has good knowledge of Excel. This is initially a temporary position for 9 months, with the possibility of extension afterward.

Responsibilities

  • All order-to-cash activities are carried out such as, but not limited to: sales orders, credits, returns, backorders,
  • Invoicing, blocked orders for invoicing & goods allocation
  • Ensure any needed outbound shipping paperwork are compliant, following the requirement set for each
  • country and supplied on time according to shipping & local needs,
  • Ensuring that transport to each country is within the SLA required
  • Ensuring that transactions for each shipment are done within SLA & without issues
  • Processing of returns in conjunction with the 3PL provider & set process
  • Leading key meetings (monthly/quarterly business reviews) with local commercial teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience within sales support or customer service B2B
  • Experience with Pharma/Medical Device/Food/FMCG Industry
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of SAP system and Excel
  • Fluent in English both written and verbally is a must
  • Please note that this is a temporary project until the end of Aug 2022 for now
