Sales Support Medewerker

Our client operates in the tax-industry in most EU countries and provides high-quality service and level of professionalism for their B2B clients. The company has a great multicultural environment, close-knit team, and diverse and motivating tasks! Do you speak fluent Dutch? Are you looking for a role that is creative, administrative and customer focused? Then this might be the role for you.

Responsibilities:

• Via e-mail and phone, contact clients and brokers
• Register new clients and update old customer data
• Draft contracts for new and existing clients
• Monitor the implementation of new clients and ensure the clients are effectively transferred to the appropriate departments
• Updating social media and keeping the website up to date

Requirements:

• MBO level of education
• Commercial mindset and recent experience working in a commercial environment
• Excellent Dutch and English communication skills
• Experience working in an international service environment
• Enthusiastic, flexible team-player
