For our client – a global leader in consumer electronics – we are looking for a Sales Support Coordinator DACH region to join their Sales operations team based in Amsterdam. In this position, you will be processing orders from entry to invoice for the German, Austrian and Swiss clients.
- Managing the end to end O2C process
- Customer communication and update regarding order status, shipment and documentation
- Liaison with warehouses, distribution centers and logistics providers
- Order Entry and invoice creation through SAP
- Resolving issues around stock availability and pricing
- Coordination regarding shipments and deliveries
- Credit notes, customs, product return documentation handling
The successful candidate:
- Native German speaker and proficient in English
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales support/order management function
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience with an ERP software, preferably SAP
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related
