Responsibilities:

  • Set up the new business unit from the sales and supply chain perspective
  • Organization and control of purchase, supply chain, and sales processes of the new product line
  • Identify, win and retain new business and customers
  • Maintain high-quality relationships with existing clients
  • Develop new products and services
  • Track, analyze, and communicate key metrics and market trends
  • Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts
  • Create and manage sales plans and delivery schedules

Requirements

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in edible oils industry as a business developer, trader or account manager
  • Experience in the edible oil industry is a must
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Knowledge of European and International edible oils market
  • Client-focused
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Focus on innovation
  • Available to travel internationally up to 50% of the time
