We are looking for an eager and customer-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our client team in central Utrecht. As a Sales Coordinator, you would take ownership of your client portfolio within the French markets and involve in the full sales cycle of the products to the target market. Your goal is to maintain a smooth order to delivery process and a strong overall customer experience through effective coordination of sales activities and tentative communication with different stakeholders.

What you will do

  • Communicate daily with customers and other stakeholders to manage & process orders, coordinate invoices for on-time payments collections
  • Provide customers with updates and information about products, quotes, inventories
  • Handle returns orders, claims, and customer requests
  • Manage client’s expectations about orders and delivery
  • Own the entire customer experience and optimizing high service levels
  • Perform account management activities and establish new customer relationships where possible
  • Utilize CRM platform to capture customer-related data and daily activities
  • Direct customer order forecasts to ensure assigned customer segment meets projections

Who you are

  • Completed Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or other related backgrounds
  • 1-3 years of work experience in a commercial or customer support function
  • Understanding of order to cash process is preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Speaking French on a native level with a business level of English
  • Strong team player; proactive, flexible, and extremely customer-centric
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations
  • Experienced in customer management and the use of customer relationship management (CRM) software
