Our client operates in the tax-industry in most EU countries and provides high-quality service and level of professionalism for their B2B clients. The company has a great multicultural environment, close-knit team, and diverse and motivating tasks! Do you speak fluent Czech and Slovak? Do you also speak professional German? And are you looking for a role that mixes administration ad customer service? Then this might be the role for you.

Responsibilities:

In this role, you would

  • Manage existing customers and partners
  • Bring in new customers directly and through partners
  • Communicate with both Czech and Slovak tax offices
  • Collect documents for VAT and FE refund
  • Verifying invoices
  • Translating documents
  • Answering incoming calls
  • Various administrative issues
  • Travelling to Czech Republic or Slovakia once every two months

Requirements:

  • MBO level of thinking (or commercial school in Slovakia with A level degree)
  • Excellent communication skills in Czech and Slovakian, fluent in German and English. French is a plus.
  • Experience in administration environment and customer service
  • High accuracy with an eye for detail
  • Working knowledge of MS Office
  • Knowledge of SAP would be a plus
