Are you looking for a commercial role in an international and multicultural company ? This role could be for you ! An IT software company, located in Rotterdam is looking for 2 Renewal Sales Specialist. If you are good with number and have a commercial approach, this role is for you!

Please bear in mind, one of the opening is long term and the other opening is a maternity cover for 6 months.

On daily basis you will be

  • Developing strategy to achieve the targets
  • Answering to quote and drafting proposal for contract's renewals
  • Communicate the value of maintenance to customers
  • Doing Up-sell and Cross-sell on additional products
  • Providing sales activity updates to management during regular account reviews
  • Developing and learning about the products' company in order to advice clients better
  • Developing materials for all key customer meetings
  • Managing pipeline by tracking all customer activity
  • Maintaining an updated sales forecast in SalesForce.com
  • Proactively build and nourish relationships with key customer contacts

Requirements:

  • Dutch speaker with an excellent command of English
  • Solid experience in renewal maintenance sales and administration in the software development or related industry (2 to 5 years)
  • Demonstrated ability to build productive working relationships across a sales organization and related teams
  • Attention to detail (quotes, proposals, etc.)
  • A general ability to understand contracts and terms specific to support
  • Team Player, target oriented, accurate, responsible, very organized individual
  • SFDC, PowerPoint, Excel, Tableau, and financial modeling skills
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and flexible approaches to the business
