Do you want to make an impact? This could be your chance. Our client is on a scale up phase and they are looking for someone to lead a recruitment team. Recruiters will be focusing on high volume operations and your role will be to keep everything moving forward smoothly.

Your Main Responsibilities will be

  • Liaising with the internal stakeholders about recruitment needs;
  • Steering and managing the team to reach the recruitment targets;
  • Overseeing the performance of recruitment agencies, managing them to meet the KPIs and SLAs;
  • Translating recruitment needs to the recruitment marketing team and discussing feasibility with them as well as hiring managers;
  • Taking ownership for the recruitment processes and continuously improving processes;
  • Keeping contact with your international peers to share best practices;

What we are looking for

  • Experience leading and coaching a team and steering on KPIs;
  • At least 2 years' of experience in a volume operations team;
  • Fluency in English,
  • Fluency in Dutch is a plus;
  • Ability to motivate and develop your team members;
  • Strong analytical skills, proven track record of reporting and having used data to improve workflow;
  • Excellent stakeholder-management skills, internally and externally;
