We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic, pro-active, people person, a fun to work with recruiter. You will be joining a truly international and dynamic team where no day is the same and where you will be handling the whole recruitment cycle.

Main tasks:

  • Meet with clients to understand their hiring needs and organizational goals.

  • Develop recruitment strategies based on the client’s requirements.

  • Create attractive job profiles and post on all available job boards

  • Research the client industry and market and build up specialisms.

  • Source for candidates via all available channels.

  • Comprehensive interviewing of candidates to ascertain skill-set, knowledge and requirements

  • Matching suitable candidates to vacancies and coordinating interviews

  • Create interesting, compelling and relevant interview reports to present to the client.

  • Providing candidates with interview preparation, career guidance and market advice

  • Take control of the interview process and guide the client and candidate throughout.

  • Guide the client and candidate through the contract and salary negotiations.

  • Take references and do follow-ups after successful placements.

  • Meet clients on a regular basis and act as dedicated Account Manager

  • Development of existing accounts through high level of service and continual monitoring of relationships

  • Meet weekly, monthly and annual targets. KPI’s as well as financial targets.

  • Work closely with the Sales Team to identify commercial opportunities

  • Approach potential new clients and promote our business and services.

  • Attend trade shows and networking events

  • Have a great understanding of the recruitment trends. Be ahead of the game.

  • Take part in the buddy system where you will coach and help train on a one on one basis a new member of staff

What makes you our ideal next  Recruiter?

  • At least 1-year experience in a commercial position ideally agency recruitment 

  • Bachelor or Masters degree ideally in Business or Human Resources

  • Business level of English (verbal and written)

  • Commercial experience in a job role

  • Friendly and open personality

  • Motivated and enthusiastic

  • High level of influencing skills

  • Ability to think on your feet and be creative

  • Superb time management and organizational skills

  • Successful track record in achieving or breaking targets
