Our fortune 500 client, a well-known footwear organization, is searching for a Paid Search Associate Manager |English to join their international team near Utrecht. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring the daily performance, drive the implementation of the roadmap (+ initiatives), as well as bring ideas to the table! You will work together with the agency to set up and optimize online advertising campaigns and help achieve performance targets. You are able to execute and work with SEA Google and Bing tools (e.g. SA360, AdWords and Google Analytics) on large scale accounts and manage the channels and performance within given budgets. You will join a team of mid-level internationals and work together!


  • Strategic and operational development of the Search Engine Advertising across different websites and languages
  • Preparation and monitoring of paid search campaigns, ad groups and associated keywords
  • Analysis and continuous optimization of the individual campaigns and keywords
  • Identification of new opportunities
  • Coordination and communication with international agencies
  • Product Feed Management
  • Operational management and contact with Google, Microsoft, and other search engines
  • Set up, monitoring and optimization of product listing ads
  • Creation and analyzing of reports
  • Monitoring and compliance with the SEA budget
  • Work with the Digital Marketing Analytics team on analysis of key KPIs for the sites
  • Partner with the Digital Merchandising team to identify, and provide feedback on top-performing styles and collections to influence your performance acquisition marketing
  • Develop best practices approach for analyzing traffic drivers, including gathering and analyzing data to identify KPIs, understand online traffic patterns, segment customer behaviors resulting in improved website sessions.


  • Degree in marketing, economics, business informatics or similar
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with deep knowledge in the field of SEA
  • Fluency in English, additional European languages are a plus
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics & digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SA360, DV360, Google Adwords Professional qualifications, Google Datastudio, etc)
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Proven working experience in eCommerce, preferably retailer or agency
  • Good understanding of digital and traditional marketing and media disciplines
  • Accurate and conscientious work
  • Excellent communication skills
  • 3-5 years of work experience in paid search handling large accounts/budgets
  • Experience in paid search within a large multinational organization
  • Experience and excellent skills in stakeholder management
