Our client, a leader in interior design and fittings, is searching for an Order Entry Assistant who is immediately available. Your role will be to process client orders on a B2B level and to provide support to the sales and technical teams. As an order entry assistant, it is your job to ensure accurate entry of large amounts of data. Do you enjoy administrative tasks and are you looking for a short-term position? Then this might be the role for you!


  • Process the incoming orders via mail and the company software in a timely and accurate manner
  • Check whether the agreed discounts and conditions are correct in the systems
  • Keeps track of back orders and proactively informs our customers about delays
  • Ensure compliance with the requested delivery times and keeps an eye on them
  • Manages the delivery of opportunities and escalates in a timely manner if necessary


  • Ability to work quickly and accurately
  • Prior experience with Microsoft AX or Navision would be ideal
  • Approximately 1 year in a similar position
  • MBO level of education
  • Good oral and written skills in Dutch and English. Basic understanding of written French would be a plus
